Aquant launches Agentic AI Platform enabling service teams to build and deploy custom AI agents tailored to complex equipment servicing.
Aquant Inc., a provider of artificial intelligence solutions for organizations servicing complex equipment, has announced the launch of its Agentic AI Platform. This new platform is an evolution of Aquant’s existing offerings, designed to enable service organizations to create, integrate, and deploy custom AI agents tailored specifically to their unique operations and challenges.
The Agentic AI Platform addresses a critical dilemma faced by service teams: the choice between adopting rigid, predefined vertical AI solutions or trying to adapt general-purpose AI platforms that often lack deep service expertise. Aquant’s platform bridges this gap by offering a horizontal platform infused with domain-specific knowledge.
Users of the platform gain the flexibility to build, deploy, and integrate AI agents that meet their distinct service needs. The platform includes prebuilt agents such as Troubleshooting, Knowledge Search, Parts Identification, IoT, and Call Assist, which organizations can use immediately to drive impact.
Beyond prebuilt agents, the platform empowers users to build custom agents using specialized tools, data models, and deep domain expertise. Organizations can also bring their own internally developed agents and integrate them seamlessly. Aquant’s agents are designed to fit into existing enterprise AI ecosystems, ensuring broad compatibility without requiring an overhaul of current infrastructure.
“Every service team faces unique challenges and rigid AI solutions rarely match the complexity of real-world operations,” said Assaf Melochna, co-founder and President of Aquant. “With the Agentic AI Platform, we’re removing barriers and giving organizations the freedom to deploy AI tailored specifically to their equipment, their processes and their customers, all while leveraging the unmatched domain expertise built into our technology.”
The platform is purpose-built to handle the complexities of modern service environments by embedding deep domain expertise directly into its architecture. It incorporates service-specific terminology, error codes, and workflows, enabling organizations to deploy custom AI agents faster and more effectively than generic tools allow.
Designed for easy integration, the platform supports companies starting from scratch as well as those operating within mature AI ecosystems. It enables multichannel deployment across voice interfaces, customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, collaboration tools, offline environments, and emerging channels, ensuring AI accessibility wherever work occurs.
A standout feature is the platform’s retrieval-augmented conversation layer, which enhances effectiveness by delivering outcome-focused intelligence. This layer produces responses that are not only relevant but also aligned with key business performance indicators.
“Our vision is to make AI truly work for teams responsible for servicing complex equipment, not just as a tool for answering questions but as a flexible, powerful engine that can drive innovation and competitive advantage,” Melochna added. “This platform gives our customers the tools to solve today’s challenges and invent the future of service.”
Aquant is a venture capital-backed company that has raised $131 million over four funding rounds. Its investors include Qumra Capital Management Ltd., Insight Partners LP, Pitango Venture Capital Ltd., Lightspeed Venture Partners LP, Angular Ventures, Claltech, and SE Ventures.
For more insights, Melochna discussed Aquant’s AI-powered service team enhancements in a March interview with theCUBE, SiliconANGLE Media’s livestreaming studio.
