CrowdStrike launches native integration with ChatGPT Enterprise API to monitor AI agents and improve governance across 175+ SaaS apps.
CrowdStrike Unveils AI Agent Monitoring via ChatGPT Enterprise API
CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: CRWD) has announced a native integration between its Falcon® Shield SaaS security platform and the OpenAI ChatGPT Enterprise Compliance API. This integration aims to provide enhanced visibility and governance for AI agents operating within enterprise environments. The new capability expands CrowdStrike's support to more than 175 SaaS applications. Falcon Shield can now discover AI agents such as GPTs and Codex agents created within OpenAI’s ChatGPT Enterprise. This allows organizations to better govern both AI agent identities and the human identities behind them. The security agent tool maps each AI agent to its human creator, enabling identification of risky behavior and enforcement of security policies when necessary. When combined with Falcon® Identity Protection, CrowdStrike offers unified visibility and protection across all human and non-human identities, helping organizations oversee AI agents comprehensively.“AI agents are emerging as superhuman identities, with the ability to access systems, trigger workflows, and operate at machine speed. As these agents multiply across SaaS environments, they’re reshaping the enterprise attack surface, and are only as secure as the human identities behind them. Falcon Shield and Falcon Identity Protection help secure this new layer of identity to prevent exploitation.”>
