Stibo Systems Launches New AI Capabilities Across Portfolio
Master Data Management (MDM) leader Stibo Systems has introduced new AI-powered features within its portfolio to reduce manual workloads, improve data accuracy, and accelerate operations for global enterprises.Streamlining Enterprise Data Operations with AI
The Denmark-based company reports that its AI enhancements are already deployed by select global customers. These features are designed to streamline core data operations, reduce manual effort, and strengthen the quality and reliability of enterprise data for AI applications.Key New AI Features Include:
- Enhanced Matching with AI and Machine Learning (ML): Leveraging pre-trained neural networks, intuitive rule training, and continuous learning from feedback, Stibo Systems' ML capabilities simplify the complex process of matching and deduplicating customer records in the Customer Experience Data Cloud. This reduces manual review cycles and improves match precision, delivering a more complete customer view.
- Product Description Generation and Text Translation: The Stibo Intelligent Assistant (SIA) enables automatic generation of SEO-optimized, branded product descriptions and their translation across markets at scale. This accelerates time-to-market, ensures consistency, and frees content teams to focus on strategic tasks. Additionally, SIA includes an AI-powered data quality accelerator that uses natural language prompts to define and enforce business rules, such as detecting spelling errors, banned terms, or inappropriate language in product descriptions.
- Attribute Mapping in Product Experience Data Cloud (PXDC): AI-driven automation accelerates onboarding and ensures consistent, high-quality product data by mapping product attributes across systems and suppliers. In Q1 2025, Stibo Systems' AI automatically handled nearly 75% of product data mappings.
- Transparency: Provides visibility into partner resources, KPIs, and processes, enabling easy access to benefits and seamless execution.
- Tiering and Points System: Offers a structured framework with points-based progression, unlocking new benefits such as enhanced training, marketing, and professional service days.
- Investment in Partner Benefits: Empowers partners with support to excel and grow their business while delivering more value. “Our goal is shared success,” said Gauri Chawla, VP of Global Alliances and Channels at Stibo Systems. “With Partner 360, we’re turning partner feedback into action.
