SuperOps Inc., an artificial intelligence-native IT management startup, has announced the upcoming launch of the industry’s first "agentic AI marketplace." This new marketplace, developed in partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS), aims to make AI agents more accessible to thousands of organizations worldwide that currently lack the expertise to build and deploy them independently.
SuperOps is recognized for its unified platform that combines professional services automation with remote monitoring and management to streamline IT operations for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and IT teams. The SuperOps AI Agent Marketplace, set to launch in beta in September, will integrate with and enhance this platform. It will serve as a trusted, one-stop shop for prebuilt AI agents designed to automate various enterprise workflows. The marketplace will also offer a platform for AI developers to publish and monetize their creations, thereby fostering innovation and collaboration within the AI community.
The marketplace is designed to simplify the procurement and deployment of ready-made AI agents for common IT workflows such as alert remediation, onboarding, and ticket triage. These agents are capable of automating routine tasks with just a few clicks and are built to operate across multiple cloud platforms, which SuperOps anticipates will accelerate adoption.
The urgency for such a marketplace is evident, as studies indicate a significant interest in AI among MSPs and their clients, coupled with a struggle to implement these automated solutions. A Canalys study revealed that while 90% of MSPs are exploring AI, 61% have not progressed beyond pilot projects. Furthermore, 77% of MSPs feel pressure to offer AI tools to their customers.
SuperOps CEO Arvind Parthiban stated that the marketplace will bridge this gap by providing MSPs with access to dozens of vetted AI agents ready for immediate deployment. "It marks a significant turning point for the IT industry," Parthiban commented. "We’re giving MSPs a way to tap into real, autonomous AI that can solve their day-to-day challenges and help them stay ahead. Partnering with AWS makes it possible to scale this across the industry and bring powerful, usable agents into the hands of teams that need them now."
Holger Mueller of Constellation Research emphasized the promise of SuperOps' cross-cloud AI agents for MSPs, acknowledging the difficulties they face in meeting customer demands and managing multiple cloud workloads simultaneously. He noted that "Often, these things can take weeks, if not months, and by that time it means things have changed and operators must refamiliarize themselves with all of the settings and configurations. SuperOps’ cross-cloud agents are especially promising in this regard, so it’s good to see the innovation."
To further accelerate agentic AI adoption, SuperOps has established an "Agentic AI Community," an interactive hub for MSPs, IT leaders, and developers to share ideas, collaborate, and access resources. Additionally, SuperOps is launching an AWS-powered hackathon, inviting global developers to build autonomous AI solutions for real-world use cases, with opportunities to be featured in the marketplace and win a share of a $100,000 prize pool. These initiatives are geared towards building a robust ecosystem that encourages learning, collaboration, innovation, and monetization of the most effective agentic AI solutions.
